The Duo has attended several advanced masterclasses with Y. Berinskaya\, S. Lamberto\, E. Piemonti and K. Bazhenova. In 2024\, it was awarded the Absolute First Prize at the “Prospettive Musicali” International Competition in Padua with a score of 100/100\, and also won the “Città di Palmanova” International Competition in the Chamber Music category\, obtaining another Absolute First Prize with 99/100. 								\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n					Sofia De Martis				\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n						\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n									Sofia De Martis began studying the violin at the age of seven. At sixteen\, she started her first-level academic studies at the G. Tartini Conservatory of Music in Trieste\, in the class of S. Nava\, where she obtained her Diploma in the summer of 2025. Since 2022 she has studied under I. Grubert in Portogruaro and recently completed an Erasmus semester with her at the prestigious Conservatorium van Amsterdam\, where she will continue her violin studies starting in the 2025/2026 academic year. From 2021 to 2024 she attended the annual advanced course led by Y. Berinskaya in Milan. She has won numerous Absolute First Prizes in international competitions and was a semifinalist in the 2023 edition of the “Città di Vittorio Veneto” Violin Competition. In 2025 she won First Prize at the “Todi Città del Violino” Competition\, organized by Consolazione ETAB\, obtaining a valuable 1780 Giuseppe Odoardi violin. She has performed as a soloist with the Orchestra of the Teatro Lirico Verdi in Trieste under the direction of F. M. Sardelli\, and with the Philharmonic Orchestra of the City of Monfalcone\, the Chamber Orchestra FVG\, the Ferruccio Busoni Chamber Orchestra and I Musici di Parma. In the summer of 2023 she was invited as one of the “New Concert Artists” at the Portogruaro International Music Festival. 								\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n					Matteo Di Bella				\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n						\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n									Matteo Di Bella began studying piano at the age of four and started his formal education at the Jacopo Tomadini Conservatory of Udine at the age of nine. Over the years\, he has participated in numerous competitions\, earning several First Prizes\, and was recently a finalist at the “Brunelli” Prize in Vicenza. In 2017\, together with L. Ritacco\, he founded the piano duo En Blanc et Noir\, focusing on a refined and sometimes lesser-known repertoire of contemporary composers and integrating music with live electronics\, as in their project The Planets\, inspired by G. Holst. In January 2024\, the duo won First Prize at the “L. Caraian” Competition in Trieste and First Prize at the “Pietro Argento” Competition in Bari. He recorded Beethoven’s Sixth Symphony for eight hands with Kawai Milano and is an official member of Dolce Époque\, a crossover stage and musical production performing across Europe. He has performed in venues such as Teatro Verdi and Politeama Rossetti in Trieste\, Teatro Comunale Pavarotti in Modena\, and Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza. As a soloist\, he has played with the Symphony Orchestra of the Conservatory of Trieste and the Regional Philharmonic Orchestra of Veneto. He completed his advanced piano and chamber music studies at the G. Tartini Conservatory in Trieste.

Grubert in Portogruaro and recently completed an Erasmus semester with her at the prestigious Conservatorium van Amsterdam\, where she will continue her violin studies starting in the 2025/2026 academic year. From 2021 to 2024 she attended the annual advanced course led by Y. Berinskaya in Milan. She has won numerous Absolute First Prizes in international competitions and was a semifinalist in the 2023 edition of the “Città di Vittorio Veneto” Violin Competition. In 2025 she won First Prize at the “Todi Città del Violino” Competition\, organized by Consolazione ETAB\, obtaining a valuable 1780 Giuseppe Odoardi violin. She has performed as a soloist with the Orchestra of the Teatro Lirico Verdi in Trieste under the direction of F. M. Sardelli\, and with the Philharmonic Orchestra of the City of Monfalcone\, the Chamber Orchestra FVG\, the Ferruccio Busoni Chamber Orchestra and I Musici di Parma. Ritacco\, he founded the piano duo En Blanc et Noir\, focusing on a refined and sometimes lesser-known repertoire of contemporary composers and integrating music with live electronics\, as in their project The Planets\, inspired by G. Holst. In January 2024\, the duo won First Prize at the “L. Caraian” Competition in Trieste and First Prize at the “Pietro Argento” Competition in Bari. He recorded Beethoven’s Sixth Symphony for eight hands with Kawai Milano and is an official member of Dolce Époque\, a crossover stage and musical production performing across Europe. He has performed in venues such as Teatro Verdi and Politeama Rossetti in Trieste\, Teatro Comunale Pavarotti in Modena\, and Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza. Ritacco\, he founded the piano duo En Blanc et Noir\, focusing on a refined and sometimes lesser-known repertoire of contemporary composers and integrating music with live electronics\, as in their project The Planets\, inspired by G. Holst. In January 2024\, the duo won First Prize at the “L. Caraian” Competition in Trieste and First Prize at the “Pietro Argento” Competition in Bari. He recorded Beethoven’s Sixth Symphony for eight hands with Kawai Milano and is an official member of Dolce Époque\, a crossover stage and musical production performing across Europe. He has performed in venues such as Teatro Verdi and Politeama Rossetti in Trieste\, Teatro Comunale Pavarotti in Modena\, and Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza. The Duo has attended several advanced masterclasses with Y. Berinskaya\, S. Lamberto\, E. Piemonti and K. Bazhenova. In 2024\, it was awarded the Absolute First Prize at the “Prospettive Musicali” International Competition in Padua with a score of 100/100\, and also won the “Città di Palmanova” International Competition in the Chamber Music category\, obtaining another Absolute First Prize with 99/100. 								\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n					Sofia De Martis				\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n						\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n									Sofia De Martis began studying the violin at the age of seven. At sixteen\, she started her first-level academic studies at the G. Tartini Conservatory of Music in Trieste\, in the class of S. Nava\, where she obtained her Diploma in the summer of 2025. Since 2022 she has studied under I. Grubert in Portogruaro and recently completed an Erasmus semester with her at the prestigious Conservatorium van Amsterdam\, where she will continue her violin studies starting in the 2025/2026 academic year. From 2021 to 2024 she attended the annual advanced course led by Y. Berinskaya in Milan. She has won numerous Absolute First Prizes in international competitions and was a semifinalist in the 2023 edition of the “Città di Vittorio Veneto” Violin Competition. In 2025 she won First Prize at the “Todi Città del Violino” Competition\, organized by Consolazione ETAB\, obtaining a valuable 1780 Giuseppe Odoardi violin. She has performed as a soloist with the Orchestra of the Teatro Lirico Verdi in Trieste under the direction of F. M. Sardelli\, and with the Philharmonic Orchestra of the City of Monfalcone\, the Chamber Orchestra FVG\, the Ferruccio Busoni Chamber Orchestra and I Musici di Parma. In the summer of 2023 she was invited as one of the “New Concert Artists” at the Portogruaro International Music Festival. 								\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n					Matteo Di Bella				\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n						\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n									Matteo Di Bella began studying piano at the age of four and started his formal education at the Jacopo Tomadini Conservatory of Udine at the age of nine. Over the years\, he has participated in numerous competitions\, earning several First Prizes\, and was recently a finalist at the “Brunelli” Prize in Vicenza. In 2017\, together with L. Ritacco\, he founded the piano duo En Blanc et Noir\, focusing on a refined and sometimes lesser-known repertoire of contemporary composers and integrating music with live electronics\, as in their project The Planets\, inspired by G. Holst. In January 2024\, the duo won First Prize at the “L. Caraian” Competition in Trieste and First Prize at the “Pietro Argento” Competition in Bari. He recorded Beethoven’s Sixth Symphony for eight hands with Kawai Milano and is an official member of Dolce Époque\, a crossover stage and musical production performing across Europe. He has performed in venues such as Teatro Verdi and Politeama Rossetti in Trieste\, Teatro Comunale Pavarotti in Modena\, and Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza. As a soloist\, he has played with the Symphony Orchestra of the Conservatory of Trieste and the Regional Philharmonic Orchestra of Veneto. He completed his advanced piano and chamber music studies at the G. Tartini Conservatory in Trieste.
