The first preliminary round will take place on June 27, 2026, through the viewing and evaluation of videos submitted by the contestants along with their registration forms. The Jury (Pavel Berman, Simone Gramaglia, Márta Gulyás, Johannes Meissl, Miloš Mlejnik, Dirk Mommertz, and Danusha Waskiewicz) will watch all the submitted videos and decide which groups will advance to the next round.

Both elimination rounds require performing approximately 50-60 minutes of ensemble music.
The Winners' Concert
The concert featuring the prize winners and the winning ensemble of the Competition will take place on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 8:30 PM at Teatro Miela in Trieste. It will be recorded by Rai Friuli Venezia Giulia for broadcast on Radio3.
The concert is included in the ACM members’ season pass. Tickets for non-members can be purchased in advance at €18 (full price) or €8 (student concession).
Tickets are available at Ticket Point, Corso Italia 9 (Galleria Rossoni), Trieste or at the theater 30 minutes before the concert.
