DUO DALLAGNESE

Twin sisters ELEONORA and BEATRICE DALLAGNESE are currently based in Salzburg. They began studying the piano at the age of four and, in 2015, were admitted to the International Piano Academy “Incontri col Maestro” in Imola. In 2023, they completed their diplomas both as solo pianists—studying with Ingrid Fliter, Boris Petrushansky and Stefano Fiuzzi—and as a piano duo under the guidance of Marco Zuccarini and Nazzareno Carusi. In 2018, both sisters graduated from the Conservatory of Padua with highest honours, distinction and special mention. In 2024, they were admitted to the prestigious Mozarteum University Salzburg, where they are currently pursuing advanced studies with Andreas Groethuysen. They have taken part in masterclasses with leading international artists, including Franco Scala, André Gallo, Lilya Zilberstein, Michel Béroff, Alberto Nosè, Gloria Campaner, Natalia Trull and the Silver–Garburg Duo. In 2022, they were named Yamaha Artists and, on the same occasion, recorded their debut album Iter, dedicated to the music of Schubert and Brahms. In 2023, they were selected by the “Incontri col Maestro” Foundation in Imola for the project Young Italian Musical Talents Around the World, an initiative promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in collaboration with CIDIM – the Italian National Music Committee. In 2024, they were chosen for a project of the Mozarteum University Salzburg involving the recording of classical repertoire to be featured in the Austrian Pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka. Winners of major international prizes—including the Concours International de Piano à Quatre Mains in Monte Carlo, the César Franck International Piano Competition in Brussels and the 32nd Roma International Piano Competition—the Dallagnese Duo performs regularly both as soloists and as a piano duo in leading concert halls in Italy and abroad.
